The IT Park, Hyderabad is extended over an area of 75 acres of land, which was needed to be constructed in two phases. The first challenge which Pinnacle professional faced is the infrastructure of this project is divided into multiple building phases or blocks.

In this project, Pinnacle offered 3D modeling, 4D Phasing, and Video walkthrough as a part of the BIM marketing presentation. Pinnacle performed 4D phasing with the construction schedule.

Our 4D simulation was perfect and provided actual information about an individual element of the construction plan.

Our in-house BIM engineers assisted to integrate Primavera data in the BIM 3D model which resulted in easy tracking of minute details.
